This Privacy Policy applies to the Android apps Quiz Classic, Lazzy Quiz, and Silent Mirror (together, “the Apps”) provided by TURING MOBI (HK) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “TURING MOBI”). It explains how we collect, use, store, and share information, and your rights.

Please read this Policy carefully before using the Apps. Product-specific terms may also appear in each app’s in-app privacy notice.

I. Scope

The Apps are available to users worldwide, including Southeast Asia. Processing of personal information complies with applicable laws where you live (for example Singapore PDPA, Malaysia PDPA, Indonesia PDP Law, EU GDPR, US state privacy laws, and China PIPL, as applicable). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

II. Information We Collect

Depending on the app and features you use, we may collect:

1. Device & app information: device model, OS version, app version, language, network type, and identifiers needed for fraud prevention, analytics, and ads (where used).

2. Account information (Quiz Classic & Lazzy Quiz): if you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile identifiers needed to sync progress, rewards, and earnings.

3. Usage & reward logs (Quiz Classic & Lazzy Quiz): quiz activity, task completion, ad interaction events, reward balances, and related timestamps for service delivery and anti-abuse.

4. Approximate location: derived from IP address for compliance, fraud checks, and (where applicable) ad relevance — not precise GPS unless you grant that permission in-app.

5. Silent Mirror journal content: text, voice memos, photos, and mood insights are processed on-device by default. We do not require an account and do not upload journal content to our servers for cloud AI. Optional backups (for example iCloud) are controlled by you and your platform account.

6. Support communications: if you email us, we process the content of your message to respond.

III. How We Use Information

1. Provide and improve the Apps (quizzes, rewards, journaling, sync, and security features);

2. Personalize quiz difficulty or recommendations where AI features are enabled;

3. Show rewarded ads and settle incentives with advertising partners (Quiz Classic & Lazzy Quiz);

4. Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations;

5. Comply with law and respond to lawful requests;

6. For Silent Mirror, run on-device AI insights locally so journal content stays on your device unless you choose a backup option.

IV. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

1. Advertising and mediation partners (for example Google AdMob and similar networks) for rewarded ads and measurement in quiz apps;

2. Analytics or attribution providers used to improve stability and traffic quality;

3. Google, when you choose Google Sign-In;

4. Service providers who process data on our instructions (hosting, email support);

5. Authorities when required by law.

Silent Mirror journal content is not shared with advertising networks for targeting.

V. Storage & Security

1. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls for server-side data related to quiz apps and support.

2. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it where feasible.

3. Data may be processed in Hong Kong or other regions where our providers operate, with safeguards required by applicable law.

4. Silent Mirror prioritizes local storage; optional cloud backup is subject to the backup provider’s terms (for example Apple iCloud).

VI. Your Rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. For quiz apps, manage Google account linking in-app or device settings. For Silent Mirror, delete entries or uninstall the app to remove local data; manage backups in your platform settings.

VII. Children

Quiz Classic and Lazzy Quiz are intended for users aged 18+. Silent Mirror is not directed at children under 13 (or a higher age required in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us to delete it.

VIII. Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
