This Disclaimer applies to Quiz Classic, Lazzy Quiz, and Silent Mirror (the “Apps”) provided by TURING MOBI (HK) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “TURING MOBI”). Please read it before using the Apps.

I. Nature of the Apps

1. Quiz Classic and Lazzy Quiz provide quiz gameplay and optional cash or in-app rewards through tasks and rewarded ads. Reward amounts, eligibility, and withdrawal rules are shown in each app and may change.

2. Silent Mirror provides private journaling and on-device AI insights for personal reflection. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, therapy, or emergency services.

3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages may occur due to network issues, maintenance, store policies, or force majeure.

II. Rewards (Quiz Classic & Lazzy Quiz)

1. Rewards are not guaranteed for every session. Availability depends on inventory, region, account status, and anti-fraud checks.

2. You must provide accurate information when withdrawing or redeeming rewards. We are not responsible for failed payouts caused by incorrect details.

3. We may adjust reward rates, task rules, and ad frequency. The in-app display prevails after changes.

4. Abuse, automation, or fraud may result in revoked rewards and account suspension without compensation.

III. User Conduct

1. Use the Apps lawfully. Do not reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt our services or partners.

2. Keep your device and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account.

3. Quiz Classic and Lazzy Quiz are for users aged 18+.

IV. Limitation of Liability

1. The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Apps.

3. Disputes with third parties (for example ad networks, Google Play, or cloud backup providers) should be resolved with those parties.

V. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes should first be negotiated in good faith; if unresolved, courts at our registered address in Hong Kong have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.

VI. Updates

We may update this Disclaimer at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance.
