Terms of Use – Offline Games

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Offline Games app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, operated by TURING MOBI (HK) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Service Description

Offline Games is a mobile app offering a collection of 100+ mini games (action, puzzle, board, arcade and more) that can be played without an internet connection. The app allows users to optionally sign in via Google to sync progress and collect coin rewards across devices. Coins are virtual in-app items with no cash value; no cash or physical rewards are involved. Game assets are encrypted in the APK and decrypted on first launch for offline play.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The login dialog explicitly requires users to confirm they are 18+.

4. User Obligations

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You must not cheat, manipulate scores or rewards, disrupt system integrity, or engage in fraudulent activities.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code or encrypted game assets.

5. Content and Advertising

We may show third-party advertisements through SDKs such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Pangle, InMobi, Mintegral, Vungle, and Tapjoy. These are managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Ads are displayed in native formats within the game list. Games themselves work fully offline without ads.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and use limited data as described in our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of our data practices. Optional Google sign-in enables cross-device sync of progress, coins, and rewards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and games are the property of the Company or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. This includes encrypted game bundles distributed within the APK.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this App.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, European Union, and Republic of Indonesia where applicable. Disputes shall be resolved under appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms of Use.
